Sage (Salvia officinalis)

Sage is a well-known cultivated perennial medicinal plant, rich in essential oil. 

Salvia officinalis is a component of useful herbal bath tea, produced by APC “Antea” for internal consumption and flavoring of the bath and phytobarrels “Чоловіча сила / Male Strength” (125 g in a linen bag and wooden tube).

While incorporating sage into herbal teas, the following data on application and biological action have beeb taken into consideration:

Sage has anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, expectorant, antiseptic properties; possesses a hemostatic effect on damaged capillaries of blood vessels, strengthening their walls.

A positive therapeutic effect is observed with the use of sage in inflammation of the respiratory tract (“ImmunePlus-ANTEA”). 

Sage leaves have anti-inflammatory, estrogenic, astringent, hemostatic, antimicrobial, emollient, disinfectant, analgesic, diuretic effect; are used for prostate adenoma, vesiculitis, painful erections, impotence, prostatitis.
